Lea Marlor joined the Center for Energy Efficient Electronics Science (E3S) in July 2013 as the Education and Outreach Program Manager and in 2017 took over the role of Associate Director of Education. Previously, Lea worked on the leadership team for Purdue University’s Women in Engineering Graduate Mentoring Program where she worked to increase the retention of women engineering graduate students. She also participated in events at Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day that focus on educating and exciting female high school students about engineering. Lea holds a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
